I got a 720 on the sat chem subject test, should I submit that score to vanderbilt ed? I got a 34 on act but a 31 subscore on science but i plan to apply as medicine health and society major. Just wondering if the 720 chem score would be a burden or not
I probably wouldn’t submit it; general rule of thumb is submit 750+. I don’t think it would look horrible if you decided to submit it, but it wouldn’t help you at all either. I really doubt they care about subsection breakdown, and they’re not going to compare it with your prospective major, so don’t worry about trying to “make up” for a 31 in science. A 34 is a good score for ED so you should be in good shape as far as stats go.
I appreciate the feedback @fdgjfg Thank you.
I don’t think MHS really is a science/STEM major. Its more of a management major for people who want to go into healthcare.
