Hey all! Just out of curiosity, is there anyone in the second wave who submitted their application by March 15?
Hey there! I’m freaking out that everyone’s getting results and I’m just sitting here waiting. Nothing changed in my checklist, I submitted WELL before March 15th. Applying to CAS btw.
I submitted my application on March 15 and haven’t heard back yet. I am guessing it may have to do with the fact that I used Coalition instead of Common App (maybe?) and Coalition has a completely different personal statement topic compared to Coalition this year. Also, my checklist didn’t show as complete until I emailed them on March 30.
No need to freak out. I know this is stressful, but try to stay positive! Decisions come in waves every year. Good luck!
Hi! I am

hi! did anyone who applied to the school of engineering hear back ?

congratulations! I haven’t heard back yet, i submitted my application on March 14th… but again congrats! so happy for you
No word here yet. So when is everyone thinking next wave will be? On Columbia forum, rumor is they are releasing daily next week (?).
thank you :)) hoping the best for you!
Does anyone know when they released the second wave last year?
Im hoping it’s weekly but I’m predicting it will be closer to May 8 which is when the first round of deposits are due.
I feel like it may even be the second week of May.
Yes it could be just hoping things will continue to move along at a brisk pace lol.
I’m confused why they would waitlist people in the first wave. Like why wouldn’t they just wait to give those people decisions til the later waves?
Do you think they offer their “top” applicants initial spots, and then evaluate the remaining pool, based on the acceptance of the first wave offers? Or is it a bit more random?
Northwestern rejection yesterday and feeling anxious.
