Every school i got into is so expensive vandy is the only one i think i can afford uva is $$$ good luck everyone

So annoying! Why assign an AO if they’re not going to do their job. I do like Vandy but this process makes me like them a little less.

Congrats on UMich, Greyy!!! Amazing academics, programs, and social scene (and obviously, so much more :)). I know you might prefer Vandy, but UMich is still a phenomenal school!

For any waitlisted: they sent a letter to see if you are still interested i think that means some waitlist acceptances are to come out soon hopefully!

I’m still confused though like has anyone had anything happen?? Where are all the homies
last week the midterm thing disappeared right before they released deduction. so maybe we still have a chance to get the decision this week?
I hope so cause I’m ready to put my deposit down elsewhere if Vandy doesn’t work out

thank you!! I think I just prefer smaller schools. Mich is great but it’s a bit too big.

I would assume if everyone got it, they’re probably just prepping to see who wants to be on it after this last wave

Nah don’t be like down, it probably means they plan to use it at some point if they’re asking. I just would assume they’re prepping it, because a lot of the people on this thread haven’t even gotten their first decision yet

I emailed my counselor yesterday. Based on her wording, it seems they are REALLY going to push it until the last week of May. I think we’re gonna have to wait at least another week folks.

Or it’s the same old canned response that’s been given out since mid-April and people will hear today or tomorrow.
I have zero faith that anyone, other than the person that physically “loads” or “inputs” the decisions into the portals, however that’s actually accomplished, knows when decisions will be released. And maybe they don’t know either.

Yeah, that’s interesting for sure. I’m curious why it’s so unpredictable. They’ve been releasing decisions biweekly so far, so who knows what’s gonna happen today tbh.
