There are things I forgot to include and things I probably didn't need to include. Thanks for your time and advice!

Why? Especially the latter. Your 2230 alone is sufficiently competitive for Vanderbilt. Your ACT translates to about a 2330, so I’m at a loss as to why you find it necessary to retake it.

Well thanks, I didn’t realize they were competitive for Vandy. But I am hoping to get a 700+ on reading and more perfect scores on subsections.

Dude, your fine. You dont need to retake your SAT and ACT. Save that time to work on college applications and write spectacular essays. And enjoy your senior year. :)

You know, you don’t have to submit both scores. If I were you, I’d submit your ACT only. Then your 690 in reading won’t even matter. A 35 is an exceptional score, and retaking it for “more perfect scores on subsections” sounds like a tedious waste of your time.

Thanks for the advice! I’ve already registered for both tests and I don’t really mind standardized testing. So I’ll probably still go through with them.

Could y’all chance me on my other schools in considering:
Baylor, Trinity U (in San Antonio, TX), Columbia, and UVa
