Financial aid?: A lot. Let’s just say I won’t be sad if I don’t get the Cornelius Vanderbilt scholarship.
Intended Major: English, Vocal performance (if I can transfer next year to Blair)
Other schools in mind: Doesn’t matter.
Other Factors:

General Comments: I was very disappointed not to get into Blair, but it was expected, considering their vocal auditions are so early in the morning. The flaw of auditions is that they try to capture a musician’s ability in 10 minutes of listening. Anyways, I’m going to go out for all the choruses, get private lessons, take as many music theory classes as I can, and reaudition as a transfer student. Blair is so competitive, I’m really not going to let it get me down, when I know I still have a chance of entering. Congrats on all those that made it to any of the schools. I’ll see you there!
