VANDY ED1ers Group

Thanks! I didn’t mean to at all, I saw other people do the same thing and it made me nervous!! haha sorry, and believe me, I hope we all get in

it said on their post that the applicant pool went up “significantly” :((((((((((( goodbye any chance i had…
but does any1 know if the exact number of applicants this yr vs. last year is posted anywhere?

2012Girl, sadly they don’t release any ED info (applicant number/acceptance rate/etc) until EDII is mailed out :(

does it say the # of applicants for ed there and i just can’t see it? haha

and oh ok that stinks! did they ever release the number of ed1 applicants though even for last year? or did they group those in with the edii also

No they just always group the stat I believe :o

It’s kind of interesting to compare this year’s blog post with the one from 2010. Notice the difference in tone?

Just wondering how many of you did the interview, and if so, how do you think it went?

I didn’t interview. Don’t know if/how much that’s going to hurt me.

i didn’t interview either probably should have. but now i already know im not getting in so i don’t even know why im still here :(.

I interviewed. It was a good experience but didn’t seem crucial to the process. I think they said only about 20% of applicants have an interview though so it doesn’t matter.

Iss is getting in haha.

yah iss ur getting in! congrats probably! this makes my chances severely dismal though

Good to know. Although it’s probably only 20% that get accepted ED ;)

Thanks guys, I hope i get in! Unfortunately I have an identical twin with almost identical stats which I feel would bring my chances down because who wants two of the same? :frowning: We’ll see soon I guess! Good luck to everyone :)

ahh if ur twin applied too then darn that means 2 more places taken probs ahahaa. but good job for him too for getting those stats and hopefully getting in :)
