Vandy vs. JHU vs. UVA vs. URichmond

I want to study engineering at uni; right now I'm leaning towards chemical or electrical. I have been admitted to the following schools;

Johns Hopkins
Vanderbilt
University of Richmond
University of Virginia

Thanks to financial aid, money is essentially not an issue. Also, I know UR doesn't have an engineering option themselves, but they offer a 3-2 program which would allow me to get a degree in a non-engineering field and eventually end up studying engineering at Columbia.

Given this information, what is the most recommendable school for me?

ikahjalmr: Go to Richmond. The 3 -2 Program gives flexibility. Is well
rounded. Will teach you to get along and work with others.

My recommendation is JHU
