Variation in ACT Scores

From my 3 test dates, here are my scores in order April, Sep, Oct.

English - 22, 29, 24
Math - 28, 32, 28
Reading - 17, 24, 32
Science - 24, 28, 30

I don't get it. I dropped 9 combined points in English + Math, but gained 8 in reading, 2 in science. I'm honestly appalled at my English score. I don't know how I got a 24. Nonetheless, I raised my composite each time from 23 to 28 to 29.

Has anyone else had great variation in their scores? I am HORRIBLE at ACT Reading so the 32 is stunning. I have a 31 super scored.

So, ***? Is anyone else with me on the October ACT was way too easy (Seagull passage I think helped me). Yet, I couldn't do the Math (idk why??).

Yeah, reading was ALOT easier this time. I usually don’t even break 30, but I got 32 on reading.

I know but to go from a 17 in April (Granted I HAD mono and was really sick) to a 32 in October is weird. Maybe I’m a lucky guesser.

Oh well, I got my 28.25 to a 28.5 (I literally gained 1/4th of a point, all I wanted) and got a 29 composite. I’m happy :)

Well, congrats!

Well, my two greatest variations were in reading and math. When I took the ACT earlier this year, I got a 27 in reading and a 29 in math (I didn’t finish either one). Last month, I got a 23 in reading and a 36 in math (I barely got halfway done with reading, but I flew through math with time to spare). I thought that was really weird.
