<p>Do you have to sign a 12 month lease for the Varsity and Enclave apartments?</p>
<p>I am no expert, but I have heard the drawback of living at the View (I think that’s what they are called, but maybes the varsity) is the 12 month lease. I’m guessing all of the apartments around there are the same, but you may want to call to make sure.</p>
