Varying Scores Among Sections

I think this is my post here, but I've been lurking around recently. Anyway, I just have a quick(ish) question. Does it look bad if your scores range 200 points from section to section? I took the new SAT's this June and here's how it looks:

CR: 750 (Shocked and surprised beyond belief)
M: 570
W: 650

And for the old SAT's, which I took the last time they were offered:
CR: 680
M: 570

Just to be thorough, my SAT II's:
Bio M: 700 Thoroughly upsetting after two consecutive years of Bio (Hnrs + AP)
Chem: 630 Satisfied, but will retake in Nov. since that was only after a summer course
Math IC: 560. Enough said. Forced to retake and cry in Nov

It all depends, your scores are better than two 570's and worse than two 750's. It just depends on where you are applying and what not. I don't think there is anything bad about just the fact the difference is 200 points.

Thanks. I want to major in Biochem, and I was looking at strong matches/safeties, including Northeastern and WPI. I seem to be way above for the Verbal, but barely in/just below for the math. Ugh. [rhetorical]Why are math and science lumped together?![/rhetorical]
