well, I guess I should get mine on wednesday. where else have people applied? similar schools to Vassar?

i applied to wesleyan, oberlin, and grinnell. i got rejected from oberlin a while ago, so now i'm just waiting to be rejected from the rest.

Rejected. 10 spots for 321 applicants? Didn't they accept like 19% last year? That's misleading as hell, and all that did was pull in come extra money. Schools should state how many spots are estimated to be open.

i got rejected too... i'd love to see the stats of people that got in, just out of curiosity!

A girl I am friends with at Bard got rejected today. Straight As in HS, 30 ACT, 4.0 at Bard, nationally recognized photographer (Photo major). I don't get why they would put on their site that they generally accept 20%, but then accept less than 3%.

Accepted, transferring from Oberlin College where I was in the Conservatory as a voice major. 4.13/4 HS GPA, 3.95/4 College GPA, 2170 SAT, graduated 8/600 in my high school class. I think the only reason that I was accepted is because I could bring a lot to the opera program, having studied for a year at one of the nation's best conservatories.

I'm surprised I was accepted, actually. Especially considering they only accepted 10 people...

rejected here. congrats savoyard.

Congrats savoyard1217! You have steller stats, you definitely deserve a spot.

yes, I was rejected as well. it looks as though this fall will not be when I transfer. too bad.
