Waitlist #3

ah! rejected–looks like i will be committing to another top choice. what a crazy ride admissions has been tbh.

Accepted.

Accepted

Decisions are up.

Rejected. I’m okay with this, it really just confirms that Kenyon is the right place for me.

Accepted!

Rejected. Congrats to those who got in!

Accepted. I don’t see any word on financial aid (I applied for it).

Accepted. Does anyone know when/where we get our financial aid package?

D was waitlisted, and she declined her spot. First non-acceptance! That’s okay–she already has merit offers too good to pass up, so this had definitely fallen low on the list. Congrats to all who were accepted!

Accepted!

Rejected :frowning: I don’t get it. 33 ACT, 3.8/3.9 GPA.

I do ask for a massive amount of Financial Aid though… :(:frowning:

Never mind to my previous question, “If you have applied for financial aid, the Office of Student Financial Services expects to mail the majority of its decisions within the next week.”

I’m so done with this college admissions process. I was waitlisted (again) and seem to be experiencing disappointment after disappointment. I have a 35 superscored ACT, 4.0 UW GPA, many great activivies like choir/ Forensics/Scholastic Bowl/Lit Mag, sumner programs like French Governor’s School and Girls’ State, great recommendations, and essays on which I worked tirelessly. Also at Vassar, my great grandfather was the chair of the music department for 30 years, which I naively assumed would give me a leg up. I’m so at a loss for why I’ve been disappointed time after time and don’t know what I could’ve done more.

And Ivy Day is on Thursday. I have lost all hope and wish I could’ve done more.
