<p>I have been working on applications and I was wondering what my chances were for these colleges.</p>
<p>First and foremost- my stats:</p>
<p>Rank: top 15%
ACT score: 28 :/ 1880 SAT score
GPA: 4.05 Weighted and 3.71 unweighted
APS taken: AP BIO, AP ENGLISH, APUSH & taking 4 this year: AP ENG, AP GOV, AP ECON, AP STATS
Recs: 1- counselor, which is amazing. 1- english teacher, which is great as well (I love writing!), and 1- AP bio teacher!</p>
<p>Extracurriculars:
Environmental Campaign Leader (Raised up to $5000 in funds to preserve a natural open space-- actively recruited members, campaigned within city: got published in city, school, and county newspapers. honored by US congress with the Congressional Medal Gold Award) --> this is the direction I want to go in college: Environmental Policy/Gov
Hospital Youth Volunteer President (400 hours, president of over 500 volunteers, raised funds, and directed volunteers in the hospital)
Varsity Runner (cross-country & track)
Scholastic Athlete Awards
Congressional Medal Awards</p>
<p>Essays are pretty good. Possibly ED II to Vassar College!</p>
