You already know most of the answer. Your grades are good enough and your scores need to be better.
What you might not realize is that you’ll have to present your ECs in a more focused manner. Stuff like NHS and Math Club sound really great for a school where the top SAT score is what you have now. For VC, you’ll want to play up stuff like this:
-A World of Difference (Council/Trainer)
-HOBY (Community Service Liaison/Delegate/Alumni)
-Feed My Starving Children (Volunteer)
-Suicide Hotline (Volunteer)
They go together as a set. You HELP people. That’s your THING. Think of yourself that way and present yourself that way from now on.
