<p>hi. as everyone knows, may 1 is fast approaching, which means college decisions must be made soon. unfortunately i have no idea if i want to go to either vassar, emerson, or nyu. i applied to vassar for english and i really like the atmosphere and closeness of thier school, but the location is really bad. i applied to emerson for writing, literature, and publishing, and i love the location and the professional aspect of the school. also, i was offered a half tuition scholarship to emerson and a spot in thier honors program, but emerson isn't as intellectual school as i'm looking for. i applied to nyu for dramatic writing in tisch, and i love the major and new york city, but socially, nyu intimidates me. with this being said, i would really appreciate any advice. thanks!!</p>
<p>oh, here are some of my priorities:
- good social scene
- good major
- environmental science or advertising double major
- good overall acedemic quality
- nice dorms and good food :P</p>
<p>Emerson doesn’t have nearly the academic quality of Vassar or NYU. Did you sit in on any of their classes?</p>
<p>yeah, i sat in on classes at vassar and emerson and talked to teachers at nyu. vassar had the best class, nyu has the coolest major, and emerson’s WLP is pretty solid too</p>
