Yall I got accepted wth I’m crying all the pain doesn’t matter anyone. I’m so happy ahahah
We still love you
holy cow i got in??? given the predicted acceptance rate this year (and my gender lol) i did NOT expect that.
mine’s going the exact opposite of you… 7 acceptances and possibly 13 rejections (hoping on Ivy Day to even it out lmao)
son rejected :(. congrats and good luck, everyone!
I got in!!!
waitlisted…I can’t believe the acceptance rate was 6.9%…thats nuts!!
It’s not. That is how many they expect to attend. Their yield has typically been about 30% I believe.
i can’t believe i got accepted !!! intl from east asia
so that means 2300 offered admission and an acceptance rate of 23%?
Sure wish we knew what the waitlist number is.
Here are last year’s stats, for reference. Since the total applications this year were 15% higher, you can get a rough estimate by adjusting the numbers accordingly. They do admit a big chunk of the class early, so the regular decision admit rate is much lower than the overall rate.
Looks like admits are around 2100 for each of the past few years. Assuming that holds true, this year’s acceptance rate would be down from Vassar’s 2024 reported 24.3% to perhaps 20-21%.
Interestingly, it looks like Vassar has class of 2024 admits at 2,109 at their more generic ‘class profile’ page, perhaps reflecting an additional 54 admits off the waitlist(?)

oh, that’s right. forgot about ED.
Waitlist numbers:
2017 - 985
2018 - 1138
2019 - 1139
Has anyone who was admitted received info on scholarship or financial aid yet?
Based on the posts on CC, it looks like it took about 4 days between admissions and financial aid last year. More waiting
Sooooo …
Yeah, I was rejected !!!
.
Now, I’m sitting atop 5 Rejections and 2 Waitlists.
Accepted from Annapolis.
We love you all the same
