Hello!
May 1st is coming up and I was wondering what your opinions on the schools I'm considering are. The top schools that I'm considering are Vassar College and Wesleyan University. Other schools I've been accepted to include Colgate University and Trinity College but I think I won't consider these anymore because, Colgate is pretty far from home, and I'd rather stay close, and Trinity College is giving me some trouble with financial aid, I have to resubmit the FAFSA and fill out some other forms, and discarding this school would help me narrow down my list. I'm staying overnight at both Vassar and Wesleyan hopefully the week of spring break. I am not really decided on what I want to study and major in, but my interests are neuroscience, psychology, and biology, and cognitive science(Vassar).

There’s really no information you included that would help us suggest which one is better. You said that you are visiting the week of spring break - perhaps try to distract yourself until then? Visiting will often give you the “vibe” and you can just see yourself at one or the other place in a way you couldn’t when you compare them on paper.

I’d consider the schools pretty equivalent academically. Consider your academic interests, the location, any significant difference in price (after aid), and perhaps most importantly where you feel most comfortable. When my D visited her two top choices in the end of her process, one really struck her as the school that just felt right – hopefully the same will happen with you.
