VDC Norte

Hello:

I have a few questions on VDC Norte.

How quiet is it compared to Middle/Mesa on a typical weeknight?

What are the main differences between a VDC 1 bedroom and a Norte 1 Bedroom apartment aside from the location? Basically, what is the main difference between VDC and VDC Norte?

How far of a walk is it to the main campus? University Center?

Any other comments/opinions on VDC/Norte are appreciated.

Thank you.

norte is closer to campus than vdc (they are along the same street but the norte community comes first). there are shuttles that will take you to campus. it’s a fairly long walk to get to the main campus, i’ve never done it but i’d guess 15minutes if you’re at the front of norte.

vdc has only single rooms while norte has shared. from what i’ve heard the norte single room is smaller but more expensive than in vdc. vdc and norte have their own community centers but as a resident you can use either.
