Would love any feedback from people who were students at these schools in the last few years.
I attended UVM but I wasn’t vegan. I did have some friends that were and they seemed to have found dining on campus to be pretty accessible with their dietary restrictions. UVM does a good job of food contamination control and has vegan and vegetarian stations in several of the dining halls. I recommended reaching out out to dining services to chat with them about options. And downtown Burlington has a lot of vegan options so that’s a good place to check out too.
My son is a vegetarian, though not Vegan. He did have plenty of options freshman year but it was limited simply based on the dining plan. Sophomore year has been much better now that he is on points. Tons of vegan options downtown.
@eandesmom, Which university?
Sorry, UVM. This is the UVM forum so assumed that was evident (and my avatar lol).
I knew I posted this in one school’s forum before realizing my error and posting the question separately in each of the others. And I didn’t even notice the avatar. ? Thanks for the feedback.
