<p>im just an incoming freshman at lincoln center, so i can only talk about that campus. My impression is that since the dining hall plan is only supposed to be used in conjunction with your own food purchases, and they do have vegetables, I would buy only raw vegan salad-y things there, but whole foods is a block down. whole foods should be able to meet all your needs as a vegan. </p>
<p>If you're in the bronx, I'd say: you're still in NYC, so the options are most likely limitless.</p>
<p>But if I were you, I would contact a current student thru facebook or visit campus and approach someone, and ask them.</p>
