I recently decided to check the status of my financial aid and this was written inside a large red box at the top of it," You have Verification Documents (V1) and/or other requirements due by the May 21 Financial Aid Application Deadline." Now, I'm assuming the verification documents that are, apparently, missing are the Verification Worksheets and Verify Student IRS Data. The thing is I already filled out all these worksheets using the IRS Data Retrieval and submitted them on March 31st. Now I'm really nervous about not meeting the deadline because if I don't, I lose the grant that they offered and it means that it's possible that I won't go to this school anymore. I emailed them using the "Contact Us" link yesterday and still haven't received a reply. I emailed them again today and I also called them today, only to find out they close at 4:30 pm Est and I was too late. I'm a nervous wreck, is there anybody who is/was in a similar situation or anybody that can offer insight? I know I'll have to try calling them again tomorrow but I'm just a mess right now. If I don't get any financial aid because of this, I don't know what I'll do!

Yes, call them again and don’t stop until someone answers. Try calling financial aid. They can access your record and verify that your information is received.

I had done the IRS data retrieval for a part of my verification process, and also mailed in the other verification documents. I did that a while ago and my poral still says they haven’t received it, yet a FA counselor confirmed they did receive my stuff the system is just being updated and hasn’t changed my portal.

Phew. Called them today, they just said they didn’t update the web site but they received everything already. Done panicking ._.
