<p>none of my school mentioned anything about verification worksheet or the statement for non-tax filers. it's only stated that I should submit "documents" through IDOC.</p>

<p>IDOC is only used by some schools (others require you to send copies of your tax forms and W-2s directly). When you go to the site you will find that if you don't have a W-2 you can submit a statement for non-tax filers, etc. You should follow all the requirements that IDOC has (even if not called out on the college web-site). You don't want to make a mistake in your financial aid request.</p>
