VERSION 1-CR Discussion- Proessor and Caribbean/Creole Passage test

@Lauratwilight, not crony. It was nemesis. I remember a docile answer choice but it wasn’t right

positive, it just said how many points. it was a graph of some wacky equation it didnt matter if the points were bold it just asked how many times it y=x intersected with the graph.

but they don’t have autonomy though, even supposedly, they should be free from the ruling?

Not the function y=x, it asked when the point y equaled x…or at Lear mine said that.

what about the bird feeder one. it was 200 i think. like .6/300 =.4/x as the proportion? and you get 200?

yeah , it is nemesis

I remember two questions about exhaustive…I probably missed both

the x=y/graph/function answer was 2. Though it only hit on one integer point, there was a second place where it hit in the fourth quadrant.

I got 200 using .6.

@bhph11,
Was it 300 birds that had already visited who already took 40%? And what was the question asking? How many more until it would be empty?

The 300 birds took 60%. The left 40% of the original amount. The question asked at that rate how many birds would it take to empty the food.

@shnn277 i got that also, what about the bird feeder question i got 200. my proportion was .6/300=.4/x and i got 200. because .6 of the food was left after 400 tries, and .4 was left.

300 took .6 away so .4 was left
i did
.6/300 = .4/x

yea 200 is right

All you needed I do was divide 300 by .6. You get 500. 500 minus 300 equals 200. No complex proportions needed.

Anyone remember the question that was 2x-y= what is xy?

…did y=x?

@Niquii77 lol i didnt think of that, curse you algebraic mind.

@thecreator it was 10
2x+y=12
assign values to make true
x=5
y=2
xy=10

Baahaha After awhile I was like, “Forget algebra. I’m going to use logic.” Sometimes, for me, thinkin of it algebrically limits my ability on finding the answer.

I might be thinking of a different problem but I got 0.(Yep, different problem. Ill continue.) Where 2a-5=b and a=5…what is b-a?
