Very Difficult Choice

Hi to the CC community!

This is my first post and CC has been very helpful in my path to college. I have come across a difficuly choice between the ACT and the SAT and which one to send to colleges. I am planning to take the SAT MATH 2 subject test and BIO M subject test and send those right away in January as I am feeling pretty confident in my knowledge in those subjects. I am planning to apply to colleges like Cornell, Duke, Yale. (very competitive ones).

I have taken the SAT three times:
1'st time
reading:510
math:640
writing:580
total:1730

2'nd time
reading:590
math:770
writing:580
total:1940

3'rd time
reading:690
math:710
writing:660
total:2060

I have taken the ACT once:
English:30
Math:34
Reading:32
Science:26
Composite:31

I do not know whether to send my ACT scores or SAT scores or both as the uni's require all of them to be sent for each particular test. Assuming I do well on the SAT subject tests (750+) and I my intended major is physics, do you guys have any advice?
Thanks for your help and have a good Xmas!

Also my superscore for the SAT would be 2120 compared to a 31 ACT. What do you guys still think?

I would go with the second and third SAT’s. The ACT doesn’t seem to add anything more to that.

The problem is I would have to send all SAT score’s which includes the 1730 one I took in my junior year. Do you think it will look bad?
Thanks for the help
