Hi, I’m an international student with a very high financial need, around 95%. My gpa is 3.8, and my sat score is 2300.

Can anyone recommend colleges ( preferably non-ivy )? Thanks

Bama? http://scholarships.ua.edu/types/out-of-state.html The FAQ says intls are judged just like OOS students.

GPA and SAT aren’t everything…any extracurricular activities or awards?

UAlabama does offer full tuition to math+CR 1400+ and GPA 3.5 or ACT 32+

Read through all of the links, and check to see which of the scholarships are available to international students. Some of them are, including some of the automatic scholarships.
