Very important question regarding UCSB TAG?

 Earn a minimum 2.0 GPA in all UC transferable course work in fall 2013 term;

I have As in all my other classes, but say I mess up on the precal final and I get a D. Since its a UC transferable class would I be disqualified?

Yeah, I was thinking that it was the GPA for all UC classes that semester combined. I suppose you’re going to have to talk to one of your CC counselors or someone from UCSB to find out if it is 2.0 in every class or combined.

Take a look at the major sheet and read the print above the course requirements to view all courses required for the pre-major and what is an what is not included in the pre-major GPA: http://my.sa.ucsb.edu/catalog/Current/Documents/2013_Majors/LS/Econ/Econ-Accounting-BA-2013.pdf</a></p>

PSTAT 109 is not included in the pre-major GPA. If a student has completed all required pre-major courses and the Accounting courses at the CC then the only course left in the GPA at UCSB that will determine if you get into the full major would be in Econ 10A.

@TonyStark93, since you have already completed STATs, your TAG will still be valid if you do receive a “D” as long as your GPA over does not drop below a 3.2 and your fall semester GPA stays at a 2.0 and above.
