<p>Just to clarify....is the contract binding for only freshman year or the entire college career? That makes a big difference.</p>
<p>if your under 18 you are leagally a minor and therefore your parents are your LEGAL guardian(s).</p>

<p>while i dont think it was illegal what ur parents did part of going to college is bout doing what you want and growin as a person and making ur own choice where u live at college is one of those choices u must make for urself.... however still i dont think livin on campus weill be that bad for you...good luck</p>
