<p>Hi i am currently applying to these uc schools
1. UCSD (probably not getting in but my friend told me to try anyway)
2. UC irvine (my #1 choice, i hope i get in)
3. UC riverside
4. UCSB
5. UC Davis</p>
<p>GPA: 3.3</p>
<p>My sat is score is: 1860 (not very good, 2nd time taking it)
- taking sat 2's in Dec. sigh</p>
<p>i took a total of 7 ap classes and have gotten fairly ok grades on all of them. at least i passed them all lol.</p>
<p>-AP bio
-AP chem (3 on ap test lol)
-AP calc (4 on ap test)
-AP calc BC (4 on ap test)
-AP european history</p>
<p>currently taking in senior year
AP Gov
AP Environmental Science</p>
<p>hmm ec
over 100 hours community service
swim team 2 years
President of a club
continuous volunteering</p>
<p>Guys i know it looks like i have no chance (and its probably true), im just making an attempt anyway. I just want some honest feedback because honestly i doubt i can get into any UC, but yea at least i know the truth instead of walking into this system blindly.</p>
<p>no im really not trying to be a prick. seriously those ucs are hard to get into or so my friend says. its because at my school people get over 2100 sats and way better gpa then mine. my gpa isnt even over 3.5 -_- isnt that normal?</p>
<p>and also hearing that there are like over thousands of applicants, there is so much competition. there are far more likely canidates to choose then me. why would any uc want to choose me when there are others who are clearly sophisticated then i am. </p>
<p>i know that i have very little chance but i just want to know the % chances of me making into any of these colleges.</p>
<p>also umm i was wondering if you guys were comparing me to minimum requirements for the uc's? dont you have to be like a little over?</p>
<p>and sorry for the confusion, and please enlighten me if im just thinking wrong lol. i just see so many people who have way better stats than i do.</p>
