<p>Hey, I am really scared as I was just looking at one of my supplements that I submitted and it appears that my essay was distorted when submitted. I am really worried as weird symbols also show up, etc. Do you think I could still fax in my supp essays so that they would be clear and free from those symbols. I am really ****ing worried</p>

<p>Well look at it this way. Lets say they started to read it, and they go "uhh...what is this?" When you send in the new copy and they get it, they'll be pleased that you made sure you made sure they had the best copy of the essay possible (shows you took initiative).</p>
<p>also shows he/she did not print preview his pdf file before submission, as mandated by the Common App(You have to check the box that said you previed your application). So technically the colleges could refuse to read your new essay as its way too late now.</p>
<p>yea I realized that hopeful4cornell. It was foolish of me to not print preview it beforehand. Ill fax it asap tomorrow morning.</p>
