veterans/active/reserve military and the admissions process?

Does being military help with the admissions process?

I think so. Ask if the schools you’re (?) aiming for have a military/vets admission counselor. Ditto for their financial aid office. If the person is called to duty, interrupting the semester, showing the orders to the school would get student off the hook for tuition and sanctions. But, check with each school you’re considering.

Depends on the school.

For example, the military service academies have some spaces for current enlisted military service members to apply for.

Depending on the school, it can help. You can sometimes find this on their admissions web pages. But you have to be the right candidate, in the first place, and submit a good app.

Perhaps repost your questions here?
