Hey there!
I am attending A&M this next fall and I hope to get my degree in animal science so that I can then attend the vet school there. I have heard that it is REALLY hard to get into any vet school, due to the shortage of vet schools in the country, and especially A&M, so does anybody have any advice about what I should be doing other than keeping my grades really high???
Thanks!
Get involved on campus - there are many opportunities. A GPA alone will not get you into the grad school. Plan your schedule to get a block of time so you can do some meaningful activity on a regular basis. Shadow a vet in your summers or get a job at a vet clinic. Good luck!
Thanks, @AGmomx2 !
