Hi,
My son received the acceptance video on saturday via email. However, he doesn’t see any change on the Pitt Passport, and we haven’t received a letter by mail yet. Does this make sense? Any idea how long the letter can take?

I assume the letter was mailed on Monday, you should hopefully get it soon.
The letter took almost 9-10 days to arrive at our house.

@Quantify, Congrats! The change on the portal should come shortly. It can take a few business days sometimes. The letter should be on its way, it will come to you within a few business days as well.

Thank you @hailtopitt1787 ! My son is very excited. The day after he got the email, we attended the “Picture Yourself at Pitt” day. Really solidified his feelings about the school.
