I already paid 8 dollars to view my scores and only saw the composite, which I was aware of... BUT ACT also says, "Writing results will be added weekly as they become available throughout the scoring process. " Therefore, is it possible to VIEW my writing score without having to pay another 8 dollars????

No I think that you have to pay the fee every time that you want to look at your scores. So unless you want to pay $8 a week until your scores are added you won't see them until they send you your actual scores.

any idea when I will get the OCT 22 ACT scores in mail?

Last year I took the ACT on April 9th and did not get the score report with the essay on it until the middle to end of May. I don't know if this is standard or not. But I think generally it is about 4-6 weeks.

That's odd, I just viewed my scores earlier today and saw my writing score. After two weeks though all your scores are there and are free to view

well it has been 3 weeks, and they are not free yet....

2 weeks after the early viewing period I mean

It's all about money.

So there's no way to find out if your writing score is available without paying the $8? If so, that's sickeningly corrupt and unjustifiable.
