Just wondering how important you guys think the supplemental essay is in our acceptance?
Admissions will always maintain the original posted date until the last minute. Last year they announced on Thursday the 10th that decisions would be released after 5PM on Friday the 11th. I have to assume up to that point they were still advertising it as 1/15. All depends on where they are in the process, and if they can get decisions accurately posted on the portal in time for an early release. Sometimes they release early but don’t give advanced notice. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, however, and they stick to the original date, or later. Pretty sure S received his EA decision early when he applied several years ago, but don’t remember the specifics. Best of luck to all!
