Admissions rate: 35.9%
Average Weighted GPA: 4.09
86% > 3.75 GPA
10% > 3.50 GPA
Top 10% of Class: 65%
Top 25% of Class: 95%
ACT: 30-33
SAT: 1345
Waitlisted Students Accepted: 211/2545

@villanovarising - I may be missing the obvious but the waitlisted students accepted you mean 211 were waitlisted and 2545 were accepted? My son was waitlisted from EA for Nursing and we are still waiting to hear with the RD kids so I’m not sure what your stat means(?) thanks! His stats are all above those listed so we are hopeful - thanks

@villanovarising Do you have a link? All I can find is the admissions profile page, which has data for admitted students, not enrolled, and accordingly lists higher stats.

I wonder why they give a range for ACT but apparently an average for SAT. Assuming that’s the average SAT, it’s interesting that it’s “lower” than the reported 25th percentile ACT according to both the 2016 concordance and even the 2017 percentiles. (Looking forward to the new, actual concordance expected to be published this summer!)

The information that is referred to above comes from here:

This is information that is correlated with the class of 2021.

Thank you, @signoffourwinds . I didn’t realize the new CDS had been released. But, I don’t believe the CDS contains any composite SAT scores such as the 1345 referenced by @villanovarising.

@Momtofourkids - Waitlisted is different than being deferred. My guess is that your son was deferred Early Action and is now waiting on regular decision. Waitlisted is when you are not admitted during regular decision. You may be offered a spot on the waitlist if not accepted regular decision. It looks like 2000+ were offered waitlist and only 211 eventually admitted.

@evergreen5 - I believe @villanovarising averaged the 25 and 75 percentiles available on the Common Data Set and came up with 1345.

Yes thanks @simsmom2
