Cool, I mean I won’t mind getting deferred but I really don’t want to. I’ll post all my stats regardless though, whether I’m in or deferred.
is there any chance it will be earlier than Friday? or is it definitely Friday around 5/6pm (like it was last year)?
Chance me?

Yes
The past two years the decisions have been posted on the MyNova account on December 18th. They say you will know by the 20th and the 20th is a Sunday and admissions offices are typically closed on the weekend… so my guess is that we will know on the 18th around 5pm
@jsgc10 what’s your Math section score on SAT? They want to see high Math for Engineering.
I’m so nervous/excited can they please just be like surprise we are posting decisions tomorrow!!
Does anyone know if you’re sent an email letting you know that the decisions are out, or should we just keep checking mynova?
Any shot at early action with a 1240 2 part sat 1830 3 part? 590 writing 640 math 600 critical reading. 93 UW GPA 97 W. Pretty good essays and ECs mostly all honors/AP classes throughout high school.
@motortrend 750 math
Is there another way to create your MyNova account? Because I lost the slip of paper with my invitation code
My friend is a current freshman who was accepted ea and she told me there is no email and you just have to keep refreshing mynova
Are we sure it is Friday at 5pm? I am so nervous i don’t want to be deferred
Do you think I have a good chance? I am in the top 10 percent of my class and have been on service trips to Guatemala, New Orleans, New Mexico, and Trinidad and Tobago, am yearbook editor and president of 2 clubs?
Nova is being a little vague about notification but on Instagram and on their website they said notification by the 20th. As someone said before, in previous years it has been the 18th around 5 or 6 EST. Based on the fact that the 18th is a Friday, they probably will notify at the end of their workday on Friday but that’s just my guess. Could it be any earlier possibly? Sure, they could notify us right now, it’s just doubtful based on the fact that it’s 11PM EST and the past two years they have notified around the same day and time. Good luck to all!
Last year EA notification was before the 18th. If I remember correctly, it was a Tuesday - I think the 16th. And it was around 5 PM.
Both my best friend and brother applied ea to Villanova last year and confirmed to me that decisions were released on the 18th around 5/6pm. I think we will likely hear then, too.
I just need my invitation code so I can actually set up the MyNova account haha but it is nowhere to be found
You could probably email (maybe calling would be better though??) them that you don’t have a code and I am sure they would be able to give you another one. Good luck!
