<p>Our S just got a Navy ROTC scholarship and is planning to attend Villanova in the Fall. We went to the unit to talk with staff. Very good working relationship with University and staff. Great Freshman orientation program for those new to the military and the Navy. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of involvement the staff maintains with their midshipmen. My S had Wake Forest with Army ROTC as a heavy favorite...but the visit and the overall program sealed the deal.</p>
<p>Does anyone else have any any experiences with NROTC at Villanova? I was awarded a 4 yr. NROTC scholarship at Villanova and was just recently accepted there. Any info would help. Thanks!</p>
<p>My cousin is in the NROTC program at Villanova. She really likes it now but her first few months she HATED it. She said her officers or authorities would find her in the crowd and yell at her and make her do push ups or something like that and she was really embarrassed and kind of overwhelmed. She also felt like it was taking up a lot of her time and had trouble getting involved with other things but she eventually got the hang of things and loves it now.</p>
