Villanova ranked 34th in Finance? *Gasp*

I recently checked Businessweek's undergrad rankings for financial management and was simultaneously shocked and disappointed that Nova is ranked pitiful 34th.
Hmm... I thought Nova was known for its finance programs and this was a major selling-point for me. (though its Catholic values mean more)
I don't know, maybe b/c of its relative location to NYC, recruiting wouldn't be all that bad. Psst... Wharton is very close however.
Need ur honest opinion!!! I really love Nova but I still want to go to a school with strong finance program.

link please?

Really? I guess that surprises me. I tend not to pay a whole lot of attention to rankings, but I was under the impression that Villanova's business program was highly regarded.

I do find a Business Week ranking for the undergraduate business school. Whether it means anything or not, Villanova's rank is 12th nationally. Link below. I don't see any Business Week ranking for financial management.

It seems odd, but not impossible, to have an overall program ranking of 12 with one of the major components ranked 34th. I can't account for that.

Do you have a link? Below is the link I found. (The link seems to bring you to part-time MBA rankings, in which UCLA is ranked first and Villanova 11th. Look for the undergraduate program link and click on that.)

Rankings dont mean a thing. Dont worry about it.

yea true. I read some comments in vault.com and according to Villanova alums, they had alot of employment opportunities upon graduating as Finance majors.
