Hi all, I was wondering, what are my chances of getting in? (I got deferred FYI)

Info:

GPA: 3.9/4.0
SAT: 1700 :frowning:
ACT: 24 :frowning:
(Clearly my test taking isn’t strong, but academically I am…)

Courses:

9th: No Honors/AP
10th: Honors Biology
11th: AP U.S. History, Honors Spanish
12th: AP Spanish

Extra Curricular:

Music - Clarinet (8 years and have participated in many competitions/festivals)
Clubs - Business Club, Rotary Interact Club, Asian Student Union (9th Grade)
Honors: National Honor Society (NHS), Tri-M Music Honor Society
Tons of volunteer Community Service hours :slight_smile:

Also, there are guesses given the stats you have given me. I could give you a more accurate assessment if I knew whether 3.9 was weighted or unweighted and what major you are choosing. (Undecided also works) Also some schools only take your (M+R) SAT so a 1700 is a bit vague.
