Villanova vs Babson Vs U of Miami

Son has been admitted to these 3 schools (wait listed at Boston College-his first choice, and offered a guaranteed transfer to Cornell AEM for sophomore year- not sure he will want to transfer if he is happy after his freshman year wherever he goes).
We are debating on which one he should attend, based not only on the academics (Villanova I guess would be the highest ranked) but also on weather, fun city, atmosphere at the school, sports etc. He is very much into sports and a big fan of the Miami teams (which attracts him to the U) but wants to go to the best school overall. Not only decide with his heart and feelings but also with his head.
Anyone that has attended these schools that can offer me some feedback?
Thanks

Son is a current freshman and sports is one of the primary reason Villanova is a “fit” for him. He attended every home basketball game, most football games and now is trying to get to every men’s lacrosse game. He and a group of friends also got to just about every women’s volleyball game last fall. He played inter mural basketball (and a lot of pick-up games) and now is playing inter mural softball. I think I heard mention of an inter mural volleyball team – or maybe that was something within his hall. Lots of watching sports on TV in the hall as well.

Seems like there is plenty of school spirit around athletics at VU!

And he went to two Sixers games this year. He and his roommate have a plan to attend at least one game of each professional team in Philly. An Eagles game will be their biggest challenge
