i am interested in business, cost will be like exactly equal. i live in nj and am interested in business.

I was about to post something similar, but I guess theres no need now…I’m also down to these two schools and cost will be the same, and i’m planning on majoring in communications

go with wake!.. the one school i really regret not applying to and will hopefull be able to transfer into

Here is a cut and paste from another Villanova vs thread:

"There are a handful of University Business Programs that are truly national in reputation and drawing power, Michigan along with places like Wharton, Virginia, MIT and Notre Dame fit that description.

After that you move into what I think of as Super-Regionals, places like Boston College, Emory, Southern Cal, Villanova etc. These are schools that have justifiably great reputations in their area. Their programs are just as rigorous and their students just as ambitious, but they don’t carry the same name impact as the “biggies”. But in their particular region they may carry just as much impact as the national name.

Where the difference comes in is when/if you start your career looking for a job outside your university’s geographic area. Villanova grads will do well in Philadelphia and Washington DC and all the way up to Boston…

Just remember, after you get that first job it’s going to be all about how well you perform. By job 3 or 4 the importance of where you went to school will be of minimal impact compared to how well you’ve performed in the actual workplace."

I would put Wake Forest into the Villanova “Super-Regional” category. I suspect WF does very well in the job market from Washington DC to Atlanta; Villanova in the Boston to DC areas. So really it depends on where you think you might want to live right after you get out of school.

i visited wake and loved it, and i think wake is a little more recognizable then nova, id say there
