Vip cb wr question

One reason that an insect can walk on walls while a human cannot is that the mass of its tiny body is (far lower than humans.)

Answer Choices
(A) far lower than humans
(B) far lower than that of a human's body
(C) lower by far than humans
(D) far lower than a human
(E) far lower than is a human's body

Is it B? 10 char.

^ D why?

In D you are also comparing mass of an insect to a human. ???
far lower than a human NOT far lower than a human’s

^Yeah I screwed up. That’s why I went back and put down B :).

^LOOOOOOL
B is the correct one, but CB says it is D

Did they screw up??

^Wow I’m confused. And embarrassed :p.

I’ll have to do some research on this question … :o.

I guess I may have found a mistake for CB.

I am going to be famous. WOOOOOOOOOOW

BUMP anybody…

Is it at all possible that you’ve transcribed the question with a slight error?

Is choice (D) actually:

(D) far lower than a human’s

If so than that’s the best choice. If not then perhaps there’s a tiny (but critical) typo in the book.

I’m inclined to compare this question to an analogous sentence:

“The top speed of John’s bike is higher than Jane’s”.

We wouldn’t say “… than Jane.” The possessive is essential. That the comparison is to the top speed of Jane’s bike is implicit.

Definitely a typo bro. No way the answer is D, makes absolutely no sense.

I am famous WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO :D:D:D

I figured a mistake in CB.

CB should give me an 800 on WR(not joking), or else, media will be all over the place. (joking)

LOOOOOL.

It is not in the book it is in skills insight.
