<p>Question for grad students at Tech. If you have a permanent address in other state and move to Virginia for grad school, are you required to register your car in VA and get a VA driver's license? I looked at VA DMV web site, they say that grad students are not required to do any of that unless they are employed. So I am wondering if part-time employment as a GTA or GRA means I have to get a DL?
