looking to go into business field to become financer.
planning on both undergrad and grad.
i am thinking UVA, Umich, Berkeley, UT-Austin.
I would appreciate it if you could give me some suggestion on colleges and comments on my listed colleges
my priorities are college rating>major rating>tuition fees

Do you not have test scores? There are lots of good B-Schools out there. Definitely apply to UVa, can't beat them for the price and in-state tuition. How much is your financial need? Is it significant enough that you would need a scholarship/grant to go OOS?

At UVa being Asian will not help you. Also, you can't get into the business school until your Junior year. Your test scores will matter more than your grades, which are not outstanding for UVa. Also, 7 APs are about the average there.

I agree that UVa can't be beat for business in-state. You might consider UNC Chapel Hill as well. Keep in mind that if you plan to go to business school, an undergrad business major is NOT required.

UVA and William and Mary are both hard to get accepted for freshman year. I know people who got 4.0s and were turned down.

good fit for VT, the business school is pretty good

I came here about 5 years ago and i was in ESL program throughout freshman, if that helps at all. i have very poor sat grades so i am taking sat classes to improve my 1700ish score on SAT. although my family doesn't have a low income, supports from my parents are very limited, which gets me worried. I thought about going to private and get some scholarship if possible. my priority, just like everyone else, is go to highly ranked colleges. I thought about cwm but i never saw them ranked high in business field.
From the list below, please tell me order of selectivity in going to business field
UVA, CWM, Umich, Berkeley, UT-Austin, UNC-Chapel Hill
Are there any other colleges that I should look into?
Is UVA the only college that i can't get into business school until junior year?
What are my odds against listed colleges according my stats (I welcome any criticism and comments)?

for some reason, i just don't want to go to vtech
