I just have some quick questions about admissions to Virginia Tech Engineering:

I'm taking AP Calculus AB my junior year- should I take BC my senior year if I want to be admitted to engineering?

If I work hard enough, I'll be able to get a 4.2 GPA by the end of my senior year. I will have taken 9 APs by the end of high school. Will this GPA be good enough? So far I have a 4.02 (as a sophomore).

Do I need to take AP Physics C?

Thanks!

For engineering, a 4 on calculus AB or a 3 on calculus BC gets out of the first semester of freshman calculus. A 4 on calculus BC gets you out of the first and second semesters of freshman calculus.

For engineering, only a 5 on each physics C section gets you out of one semester of physics matching the physics C section. Scores of less than 5, or physics B, are not useful.
