@hunchojack given that this increase is happening over the next 8 years, and that the amazon hq decision was just announced, I would very much doubt that the current batch of applications is really impacted at all in any meaningful way.
In the medium term it’ll definitely help, as it will help SUNYs in NYS - and re excelsior
