Please share your opinion on Virginia Tech vs Penn State for international students in terms of aid & acceptance as well as other aspects for Computer Science
Penn State gives no aid to international students and very little even to instate students. Based on the following information from the Virginia Tech website, it appears that no aid is available for internationals there either:
If your looking for aid Arizona gives out depending on GPA and SAT. Both VT and Penn State Don’t offer any. VT will be interesting this year after their large class especially that it seems they had issues with housing. Both are great programs
