Visited UCLA today

I hadn't filled out my SIR yet because i wanted to see the campus before and if it wasn't exactly what i had imagined i could have fell back on UCSD.

But............... It completely surpassed my expectations, it is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures, it is just awesome, i can keep on going like that.

I would definitely say that the three hours i got spend in the campus were COMPLETELY worth the twelve hours of public transportation I had to bear to get there and back.

Glad you liked it, I'll be there tomorrow! :)

Glad to hear it... yea, my vist last wk surpassed my expectations too.

wow 12 hours - I'm impressed.

Glad you liked it, btw.

Exact same story here. I visited both UCSD and UCLA last weekend and although the UCSD campus was pretty nice, UCLA just blew me away!

yeah UCSD is nice but i just kind visited the revelle are which was under construction so it was all brown and stuff, UCLA had a lot more greenery, plus for some reason i am kind of atttracted to historic buildings like the ivies and royce quad was just awesome and maybe pretty comprable to ivy buildings.

It's a good thing they fixed Shapiro Fountain in time for Spring Quarter...
