Visiting Colleges During Spring Break as a Senior?

I am thinking of visiting a college over spring break, but decisions are so soon. Should I take this opportunity or wait until after decisions to see if I'm accepted before I go visit? My school only allows two days off for college visits and the only day I can probably take those is towards the last week of April so I am afraid one week would not be enough to make a final decision. I'm also afraid it might be a waste if I get rejected...

I’d visit some of your safety and match schools. And if you did any schools early action, those too.

It’s not a bad idea because you won’t have a lot of time when acceptances come in. I wouldn’t bother with schools that have median SAT scores higher than your scores (that is, reaches). If you happen to get one of those you can visit after acceptance. Similarly, I wouldn’t worry too much about visiting safeties at this point.
