<p>hey, does Barnard have a weekend for admitted students to visit? I thought I remembered seeing some banners and things last year when i went for a tour (in april) but now I can’t find any information about it!</p>
<p>It does have a welcome weekend, and it is in April. Once you get in, you won't stop hearing about it. It's the usual stuff, you can be hosted by a student, you get to go to some classes, everyone tells you how awesome Barnard is and you get to meet some of the other future Barnardites. Fun times!</p>
<p>i am an ed admit. I guess I just wait till the rd decisions come out and then they will send out stuff?</p>
<p>Yeah, probably. If you want to call admissions and say you're ED and you need to plan in advance so you can make it, they might give you the dates.</p>
<p>if you can, you should definitely go to the admit weekend.. they have a couple of days on campus where you can see classes and stuff but they also have a huge overnight at the end of april. it's really meant to persuade last-minute deciders to choose barnard over someplace else, but that means they go all out to show off barnard, it's tons of fun, and lots of ed applicants go too. i know several people who picked as their roommate someone they met at the overnight. you'll find out about it soon but i think it's usually the last sunday night in april.. could be wrong about that.</p>
